No Refunds for Perishable Items: Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for perishable items such as banana bread. All sales are final once the order is placed.
Order Issues (Damaged or Incorrect Items): If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will happily offer a replacement or issue store credit. Please provide a photo of the damaged or incorrect item for verification.
Shipping Delays: While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we cannot be responsible for shipping delays caused by external factors (e.g., weather, carrier issues). However, if your package does not arrive within the estimated time frame, please reach out, and we will work to resolve the issue.
Cancellation Policy: Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. After that, all sales are final.
